Saint Brendan's Cathedral in Loughrea

The building was designed by William Byrne in 1897, and it was completed five years later. It has a tall steeple and an arched main entrance. There is a religious statue on each side of this entrance, and there is a third statue high above the door. There are steps up to the door, and there are cement plant containers on each side of the door. There is a smaller entrance on the left, and there are steps up to this also. There are seats in front of the cathedral. There is a driveway up to the cathedral, and there are trees and shrubs growing on the right hand side of this driveway.
