Entrance to Monivea Castle

Description:A photograph of the entrance to Monivea Castle, an O'Kelly tower house that was acquired by the Ffrenches in the early seventeenth century. The entrance consists of a gate with large pillars. There is a smaller gate beside each pillar, and there is a wall on each side of the gate. On the left, there is a small lodge behind the wall. There are large trees growing near the gate. There is a road leading up to the gateway, and a road on the left with a roadsign.
