Description:A photograph of a complete earthenware chamber pot found at Middle Street in Galway during the course of an archaeological excavation. It was found in a stone lined refuse pit at the rear of the foundations of a seventeenth century house. The photograph was presented by Galway Corporation. The photograph was taken in 1987.
