Description:Four so-called 'emergency men' accompanied by five policemen who are armed with rifles. 'Emergency men' were brought in to work on Lord Clanricarde's estate when local people refused to work the estate. One of the men has a revolver. There are farm houses in the background. The sketch was published in 1887.
