Description:A photograph of the scene after the presidential motorcade of Ronald Reagan has just passed. President Reagan visited Galway in 1984. The motorcade had just passed the Salmon Weir Bridge. There are a number of gardai or Irish policemen in the photograph. There are cars on the right and at least one of these cars is a police car as it has police markings on its door. This car is a Renault. The car on its right is a Ford and its registration plate reads 529 VZU. On the left of the Renault there is a bicycle leaning against a wall. Beyond the wall, there are trees. There is a church on the far side of the bridge. There are a number of onlookers in the scene.
