Description:A photograph of sediments deposited along the cliffs at Fisherstreet near the West Clare Basin. There is a hammer in the photograph to indicate scale. The caption at the back of the photograph reads "Along the cliffs at Fisherstreet sediments deposited along the unstable margins of the West Clare Basin, perhaps triggered by earthquakes, slid into the basin. The sediments are contorted and locally sand volcanoes, promoted by overpressured sediments, are developed."
